What we process and why
Contact form. Your name, email address and message; only to reply to you and discuss a possible collaboration. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, KVKK art. 5/2-c, f).
Newsletter. Your email address, language preference, subscription and confirmation dates; to tell you about our new work, courses and workshops. Legal basis: your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1). Your subscription starts when you click the confirmation link we email you; you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising. It is shared only with the infrastructure providers we use, and only for these purposes: Hostinger (website hosting), Brevo (email delivery) and Google Workspace (our mailbox). Their servers may be located outside Turkey; the consent you give when subscribing also covers processing through these providers abroad.
How long we keep it
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only a record that you unsubscribed, so we never email you again. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. Contact messages: at most 2 years unless a working relationship requires otherwise.
Cookies
Our site does not use cookies. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and no personal data.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, and exercise your other rights by writing to info@boldblack.co. You can leave the newsletter with one click using the link at the bottom of every email.
